Very thorough care for many different species of animals. Highly recommend.
I continue to have amazing experiences at the Tri Lake animal hospital. As a bird owner, i was confident in leaving my baby with them for necessary procedures and they took amazing care of him. They explained everything to me and I feel confident that they would take great care of him, no matter what happened. Love the staff and the service. 5 stars easy.
Thru took great care of my pet and also helped me clarify my disputes with my insurance company some of the rejected charges. They spoke to the company on my behalf to resolve the issues. Much appreciated when my pup had emergency issues.
Some of the staff here really need to work on their communication. We had to stop by during our short trip to Vancouver because my cat bit her tongue. They weren’t friendly or welcoming at all, and we had to wait for them to finish their call, even though someone could’ve helped since it was an emergency. I’m glad I don’t live nearby, or I probably wouldn’t go back. If I did live there, I’d definitely drive to the closest one to make sure someone actually cares about my pet.
I will never take my animals anywhere else but Tri Lake Animal Hospital in Lake Country. The experience I had was beyond words. The kindness and compassion they gave me was unparalleled. This was my first experience with them and I was getting a second opinion on a prognosis for my cat that I received a few days prior from a different vet. Dr. Caunce was phenomenal.
