Terrible vet service. I had a bad experience with VCA elsewhere in another province and I thought it was a one-off. Unfortunately, this is not the case. Same story at this VCA. The staff at reception is apathetic and unprofessional texting on their phones, sitting inappropriately in their chairs, teeming with negative body language. We told the vet to clean our pet and the carrier as our pet soils itself, yet this was not done at pick up of the pet. I just read a rant post from a person named Sloan, well Sloan your dog looks from the picture you posted, like he wasn't bleeding out or in critical condition. You have NO idea what could have been happening in the back of the clinic. Vet clinics operate the same as hospital for humans the most sever get help first. you go in, you go through triage they assess the situation than they processed.
