a worst vet in the world
amazing vet clinic..
I used to think this clinic was fine, until we switched to a new vet. Only then did we realize how much the quality of care had been lacking, and how often we were overcharged for routine services. The difference in both cost and professionalism elsewhere was eye‑opening. In hindsight, it makes sense once you learn the clinic is venture‑capital owned. The focus feels more on maximizing revenue than providing thoughtful, pet‑centered care.
Can't say enough about the care provided at the clinic! Especially Dr. Ducharme! So fortunate to have a neurologist of her calibre in London!!
Edit: Reading the response to this post is absolutely disgusting. No options were given, therefore, nothing was declined. As outlined below, I was told MULTIPLE times to wait it out, to monitor it, and to come back if anything drastic changes/put her down. I previously took my cat here sometime in the summer for a small lump on her stomach. I was told it was a mammary gland tumor, and to wait to see what would happen.
