I had an appointment booked for my sick, diabetic, senior cat to have her first dose of insulin and to have the vet go over how to perform the injections and discuss how to properly care for her. My appointment was scheduled for 3:00 PM. I arrived 15 minutes early for the appointment and was placed in the exam room. I was told that a vet tech, not the vet, would be in shortly to show me how to do the injections. Honestly I didn’t want to have to leave this review because I wanted to give this clinic the benefit of the doubt but I’m incredibly frustrated with the vet. It’s so obvious this place is just looking to make money. My old vet in Victoria was nothing like this. I’ve had to bring my cat in about 6 times this year due to the SAME issue. He has this one spot on his stomach that he is constantly chewing at. Each time I go the vet has no other solution than to put a cream on it and try some different allergy food.
