It was one of the most traumatic experiences with our cat. They suggested to euthanize her. The procedure took over an hour and they had to keep giving more of the drug as it was not working. Then it cost over $400. It was horrific.
I normally don’t leave many reviews but this vet deserves a 5 star review. When we walked it we felt welcomed by the receptionist. After we got into the room the vet assistant was very friendly and knowledgeable and answered our questions. When we met the Doctor she was very friendly and knowledgeable and informed us everything we needed to know. We know our cat is in good hands and have trust in future appointments.
The receptionist is extremely rude. I called as my dog, who was battling cancer, took a turn and we needed to say goodbye. She was extremely short with me, no condolences, no empathy at all (I was clearly emotional and crying as I was calling). Your reception is the face of your company and having someone like that will stop business from coming through the door. It was the second time I have called and same person, same attitude.
I called to see if they could help my father’s dog. Because I wasn’t a client they wouldn’t give me the time of day. The women I spoke to had a bit of an attitude. I’ve marked this a a place I wouldn’t recommend even in a pinch!
The vet was extremely knowledgeable. I asked many questions about neutering, vaccines and ticks. She was knowledgeable about recent studies and we had a good discussion. The vet tech was great too. A very calm and kind environment for my puppy.
