Excellent caring service with reasonable rates. UPDATE:yesterday r dog injested poison, called then rushed the dog to the office, they immediately looked after him, made him vomit, then gave him charcoal and all is good. Even gave us a follow up call the next day. A BIG Thank you to the Doctor and entire VCA team.
My dog ran away I drove around distraught for several hours looking for him. I post him on Facebook and received notification that someone found him. He was dropped off at VCA animal hospital. I called the hospital and told the lady at the front desk I was on my way to get him. By the time I got there the lady at the front desk had called animal control to come get him because he didn't have a municipal tag. Animal control got to the hospital just as I did. The prices are very high compared to vets that are not owned by large corporations. Our kitten was provided good care but there was tons of upselling and random services added on. The offer of a free exam visit pulls you in just to have hundreds of dollars of services tacked on. We will not be returning. The staff did not inform us or ask permission to test or run diagnostics on our kitten before doing it and telling the price. So you will not know how much you’re paying until the service is over.
