Very good service. I was very happy.
I went about 4 times to this place. Overall it is not great, the prices are very high, but their standards are low. I would say all vet standards are very low, so they are not an exception to what otherwise i got from vet visits in Edmonton. The most concerning was a visit i had in the middle of the night, one of my cats was not feeling good, and they basically didnt do anything. Waited, left him as he was and was sent home. Probably the most disheartening veterinary experience I have ever had. From the moment I arrived, the atmosphere was already disturbing. The waiting room felt less like a place of care and hope and more like a showroom for grief, with dog coffins, urns, and cremation products being actively displayed and promoted. It is astonishingly insensitive to confront worried pet owners with reminders of death in the very place they come seeking help for their animals.
