20 plus years of taking my pets there and I’ll never go back. April 2026, after paying the extra cost to take my dog there to internal medicine to manage her Thrombocytopenia for years, she had gotten very sick. I took her in as an emergency and was told by the vet working that night that her lungs were full of cancer and that I should put her to sleep immediately. THANK YOU to VCA for saving my dog’s life. Yes it’s pricey but the care is so good from the receptionist to the tech to the surgeon. They are so professional and compassionate. I thought I was going to lose him and he is still with me. Special shout out to Mikaela, Jorgia, and our surgeon Dr. Sathya. We are so grateful.
Our puppy ate cherry pits and we brought her here… they took such great care of us! They told us via the veterinarian she didn’t need induced vomiting and sent us home with 4 big cans of food to flush her system out… free of charge. I almost cried… these people are doing this for animals/right reasons and actually care. They could’ve charged us, they could’ve made her go through unnecessary trauma… nothing like a car mechanic. 10/10 recommend
