my mom and I had to take our little cat in, since his condition wasn’t as urgent as others we had to wait about 12hours (we went home and waited for a call) to get checked back in. my mom was feeling more impatient towards the end as there was some waiting without communication after our cat was taken in but once she met with Dr. Colby she felt the care was completely worth it. We had to euthanize my 18 year old baby Pearl. Dr. Sean, vet tech Sandra & the receptionist helped make a horrible day go smoothly. They took their time to explain the process & never rushed us when saying our last goodbye. There is a doorbell in the room to ring when you’re ready & a private exit so you have privacy. They also handled the cremation process for us. Everyone was very gentle, patient & sympathetic.
I just had a consultation appointment for surgery with Dr. Colin Sereda, I cannot express how wonderful & kind he was to both me & my dog. I had taken my almost 16 year old Golden Retriever who is overall in excellent health into emergency at a different vet clinic for a ruptured cyst last week, and had a truly horrific experience, which led to so much heartache and worry.
