The team at the Guardian vet centre were so professional and caring to my dog in his finally hours. The support and compassion that they showed not only to my family, but our beautiful Labrador will always be remembered, and we are so thankful for the help that they gave us in all our hard decisions. We would recommend no one but the team here to make sure that your pet gets the best care and support in its time of need.
Twice sadly I've had to bring in my pups to say goodbye. Twice I have received the most kind, compassionate care imaginable. They sent a sympathy card to my home and also offered 2 complimentary grief support sessions with a counsellor. I am so very impressed with this business
VCA has been great for us, we have had to use them unfortunately for a dog and our cat. On this last visit the staff were amazing, compassionate with Leo our 1.5 year old male cat. They triaged him super fast and helped with his bladder blockage and provide amazing service the other evening. The only thing that stopped this from being a 5star was they removed items from the cat kennel and did not return them, we called the next day and have not been contacted regarding these items as of yet but it is what it is.... we went h... read more
