This hospital basically killed our cat. They have no problem taking loads of your money but when it comes to getting you quick results on tests, they take their time. Probably because it leads to you having to pay more. Then when you get your results, they explain them as if you are a doctor and understand what a high urine count means. Called multiple times over the last few months to book our cat because he's having issues and growing more concerned. But calling us back seems to be a problem so I'm taking all our pets somewhere else. Not waiting to find out our beloved pet could have a health issue that got worse waiting for someone to pick up a phone.
Absolute con artists. First physical and shots went good and vet advised we need more vaccines we agreed to. Wife came and they did a second physical without asking and advised it is mandatory after the fact and charged an additional $140 Even after arriving and confirming we are there for vaccines.
