After being with this clinic for over 40 years, in May I had to switch clinics. My reason was because 5 staff members including myself, my vet Dr. Smith, the manager one of my favourite technicians and one of the receptionists who answer the phone all quit on the same day. Do not buy the neck collars at this office. They are made from very cheap material and they charged almost $30 for it. I couldn't even use the collar because it made my pets medical condition even worse. No sympathy at all. They said they don't refund because they cannot reuse the collar due to its material but maybe they should purchase collars that can be reused to avoid generating more waste. We have had our animals at this vet office for over 25yrs since it has been taken over by VCA terrible service only open 9-5 and no evenings or weekends i called a month ago to book my cat for his shots i was told if i didnt like the hours either take time off work or find another vet. Nice customer service so we found another vet. Also update your records stop sending reminders for vaccines for our dog that you euthanized last year.
