Dr. Cao was incredibly patient, gentle, and caring with my almost 11-year-old cat. She took the time to thoroughly examine her and made the entire check-up experience comfortable and stress-free. I really appreciated her attention to detail and the care she showed throughout the visit.
I have been bringing my balinese cat, Heer, to this clinic since she was a small kitten. Dr. Annie Gorges, the technicians, and the front desk staff all treat her like the princess she is and provide the best possible care, even for her spay procedure. In my anecdotal experience, it seems that cats aren't excited about the vet, but Heer doesn't mind. This clinic was amazing! The vet who helped me was attentive, caring, and very knowledgeable about my cat’s well-being. She gave me different treatment options and took the time to ask questions without ever making me feel rushed, unlike some other vets I’ve visited before. Thanks to her recommendations and care, my kitty is now doing great! I did find the front-desk staff a bit rude, but the rest of the team was extremely friendly and welcoming. I truly appreciate the level of care, customer service, and community this place offers, although some prices are definitely on the higher-end side. A special thank you to Cyn, who has always been incredibly attentive, kind, and welcoming whether in person or even over the phone when I’m letting them know I’m coming in. VCA Cats Only has consistently great doctors (thank you so much for helping me yesterday) and consistently very rude front desk service, which was the reason I moved to another clinic a while ago and only use their services when the other one is booked full. The clerk accepting the payment was extremely rude - after I accidentally tapped my card for a payment above the tap limit, the clerk didn’t know they should have reset the payment instead of allowing me to insert or swipe only to see the various cards decline in spite o... read more
