Dr. Diaz was amazing during our consultation with my cat. He clearly loves what he does and shows a level of care and interest in his patients that is rare.

Coming from a family vet that was very dismissive and seemed uncomfortable with our dog being anxious/reactive, we were very relieved that the staff was not only super empathetic and caring towards Lucas but also just had the right energy that made him and our family feel comfortable and cared for. We have had many emergency trips here this year for my 16 year old dog, she was always taken care of amazingly and the staff was kind and treated her and myself with love and care. I’ve never seen a team of smarter vets, they really know their stuff here. It’s definitely more expensive than your average vet clinic, but honestly you get what you pay for!

There are countless reviews of people that had the same experience as us. Unprofessional, extremely long wait times (8+ hours), poor communication where we didn’t know what was going on or what to expect. We had to call 4 times to get our lab results and finally on the 6th day a vet called to go over the results. We went to Fish Creek Pet Hospital to repeat the lab work and they took the sample and phoned us with the results in less than an hour! Trust the reviews and go somewhere else for your loved one. Just picked up my cat today. She was there for 2 nights and they recommended she stay another but I refused after finding out it would be another 1000$ and all they were going to do was watch her and make sure she eats which I am capable of doing. I show up to pick her up and they present me with a bill of 3 nights and I tell them that is wrong and that it should only be 4800 not almost 5200, and I was emailed a copy of the bill earlier that day.
