I visited your animal hospital this morning at 6:00 AM for my puppy’s surgical wound dehiscence, which occurred less than 24 hours after her surgery. Despite being the only customer there, I waited for three hours to be seen. When my puppy was finally taken in, I was taken aback to see that her open, raw incision was wiped with an alcohol swab upon her return. Horrible service we were told we would hear back and they got the results and wouldn’t call us back to let us know what was wrong. Just kept making excuses and then hung up on me. Not help full at all in a stressful time. If your not spending money then don’t care anymore
I had a very good experience working with Dr.Thomas-Hollands with my cat London. We were referred to the CARE Center when she had a possible IMHA diagnosis. They were able to book us in within days (we drove 6hrs for this appointment). We were able to get ultrasound, X-ray, a number of blood tests, and biopsies done the same day. I cannot say enough about Dr. Diaz and Sam. They are so thoughtful and new exactly how to work with my big dog with big anxiety. They took it slow and his needs and his experience were their main concern. If you need a veterinary neurologist I would highly recommend this team!
