I always have a positive experience at VCA! The staff is friendly and compassionate. Been with them since 2015.
We came in today for a new patient visit. From the start the staff was very stand offish. We arrived at 1:50 for a 2:30 appointment. Completed all of the paperwork and waited. About 2:30 2 other people came in and were taken back for appointments. The older lady came from the back and said they are running behind. This is now 2:50. I asked why everyone else after me has been seen and I am still waiting. She said she spoke to the other techs about this. Never an apology or an explanation.
