Staff and vet were very nice and knowledgeable. However, there were unexpected fees. I went due to a free promotion after adopting my kittens. It was for a free first visit. I knew any medicine the cats were given would be extra. Prior to the appointment I was asked to bring a fecal sample for both cats. I did not realize the fecal test was extra and it was not explicitly said like the information about the medicine.
