Trying to call this hospital for information is time consuming . Hung up on twice trying to make sure they received my pet medical information. The boarding facility seems well run but the call staff must be short handed . Frustrating interaction .

I really wish I could remember the ladies name that assisted with our visit. If it helps you had long hair young and her own dog had massive allergies. Either way this was the second time we had had her as our point of contact and she is fantastic absolutely brilliant
