The doctors at Becker Animal Hospital were wonderful, but the front office staff were absolutely HORRIBLE. After my dog was put down and scheduled for cremation, I called and was told his body was at home with us. That was completely false—his body was still at Becker. This has now happened twice where the front staff didn’t even know where my pet was. How does a veterinary hospital get something this important wrong? Great friendly staff and excellent customer service. Last week, my yorkie became ill once again and a plan treatment was set up quickly and my yorkie is doing very well now. Aug 2021
They keep answering and hanging up the phone and when they did finally answer we asked about prices and they were already talking about 4,000 and we asked if there was a cheaper route they said no
Ever since moving to san antonio, VCA has been very helpful with taking care of our animals. From financial to emotional help, they have done amazing. The hope fund helped get the care our cat needed for a urinary blockage. all of the doctors were very professional and Jennifer was super supportive with us. Thank yall!
