I accidentally let the fur baby get ahold of some corn on the cob we were referred there by another VCA clinic off of 151 and as soon as we got there were able to be seen. Sal, Michael as well as the rest of the staff were very compassionate!! Our fur baby was back home and up to his usual shenanigans in no time! 🤪 Thank you all for your love and dedication to your work 🫂
Called at 7:00 pm to tell them our senior dog injured her back and was experiencing mobility issues. They said the wait would be several hours and they would call us when an opening presented itself. They called and asked us to driving in at 9:00 pm, booking us for a 9:30 arrival time. We got there at 9:30 and sat in a room for TWO HOURS before anyone even spoke to us. When the technician finally came in and assessed the dog, she told us THEY DO NOT EVEN OFFER MRIs and we’d need to go to another ER (Thrive) up the road. This... read more
Dr. Mapel and the technician that assisted us I did not get her name however were both extremely helpful. Both very informative and professional. Really appreciate you for helping us and loving pet. It was our dogs first time there and was nervous but both took very good care of him. He's already feeling much better.
Waited 4 hours with the doctor stepping in the room infrequently just to be suggested nearly a $2k plan for simple digestion issues...
Brought my Bella in to be seen and even though I couldn’t afford the tests needed for her, the dr sent me home with meds for Bella to make sure that she was at least comfortable and then they called to check on her wellbeing. They are awesome
