In this post, I will refer to the doctor as Dr. Nikki Cutrone. Her other names include Dr. Nikki Zisholtz, and Dr. Nikki Cutrone Zisholtz. I write this post with a broken-heart and a bucket of tears. I took my chihuahua to VCA Aventura Animal Hospital from 2016-2021. On July 15, 2021, Dr. Nikki Cutrone examined my dog. She performed an x-ray and gave a prescription for cough syrup. Today I had the unfortunate experience of meeting the worse veterinarian I’ve ever seen in my entire life. Kathleen Therese Prunier - VM15614 We’ve been coming to this VCA since my Service Dog Kratos was 7 weeks old. NOT ENOUGH VET TECH STAFF! The manager Michelle, and the handful of previous incompetent managers they've staffed over the last couple years, spread their hard working techs so thin that they're incapable of providing adequate service. They are ALWAYS overbooked and understaffed. They outsource 90% of their vets because nobody wants to sign a contract with the McDonald's of the veterinary world.
