The best health care for your pets hands down...
By far the best Vet I have ever been too!! I just adopted 2 lab retriever mixes and went in for the complimentary visit that the Humane Society provides and I have to say I was very impressed! I was greeted as soon as I walked in the door. The place was clean and didn't smell like animal at all. The staff is very nice and attentive. Kelsea and Dr Gresham were the ones to treat my pups and they were so thorough and handled them so well. Do not bring your pet(s) here. The staff is incredibly rude and the wait is over an hour WITH an appointment before your pet is even seen! I'd hate to experience the wait and temperaments during peak hours. The prices are outrageous anyway. Save yourself the headache and go anywhere else.
Dr. Moon is a nice person and probably a good Vet; but everything about VCA sucks. The corporate mentality; the greed, and the dude at the desk...zero. Our girl was a patient there for over a year but after copperhead bite and the huge bill they refused to go to bat with Nationwide pet insurance. (Also AVOID Nationwide as they are NOT on your side)After doing proper research I learned from other DVMs that VCA has such a bad reputation.
