We recently had to say goodbye to our 16yo cat, Sugar - she was my daughter's childhood pet and it was the WORST day of my daughter's life. EVERYBODY at this emergency vet clinic was SO kind and SO compassionate that my daughter says she doesn't know how she would have been able to get through it without them. I CANNOT recommend this place more highly! They are AMAZING!!!!
Brought my dog bear! Had some weird symptoms but were fully understanding of our situation and what was causing it by all of the staff with an easy process from online virtual cue to the private rooms to be seen and a Dr that was happy to explain every possible reason for the symptoms to simply any treatment. He’s better than ever.
Wow, the staff here are so kind and caring! I brought my 4 month old puppy in and left feeling very happy with the care he received. Everything was explained well, and all options laid out clearly. They are not pushy in the slightest. Alex was so lovely, and Dr. McBride was absolutely wonderful! Thank you so much for caring for Walter and giving me peace of mind!
We brought our cat because we were concerned about his bowel movement, and in short, everything that they did helped!! So grateful for them and the staff and the Veterinarian was really nice! I would definitely come back.. 😄
I came in crying but left smiling! The whole team was great and they took perfect care of my cat. The office is very nice inside and every person I spoke to was very kind. They kept me in the loop the whole time they were working on my cat, very great with communication. Thank you everyone!
