My experience with this veterinarian hospital, unfortunately started off Very sad. I had to bring my beautiful love of my life dog to lay him to rest he stopped walking and was very sick. My pet passed away at home and the staff here was so incredibly kind. I brought my cat to be cremated around 5am and they asked me if I wanted a room to say goodbye or if I needed anything. They mailed a thoughtful card and my pets remains were returned very quickly. I am so thankful that at a very hard moment the staff here went above and beyond to try to ease the pain. It meant a lot.
The staff were incredibly supportive, compassionate, and thorough during one of the hardest moments of our lives. After spending over five hours saying goodbye to our beloved cat, they remained patient, understanding, and never rushed us. Their kindness and empathy meant more to us than words can express. We are deeply grateful for the care and respect they showed our family.
Highly-competent veterinarians, but grievously overpriced, and even more annoying is their tendency to gouge on prescription food prices. You can get the food by prescription at much lower cost either from Amazon or from the manufacturer, but they tend to not send the prescription, in order to force you to buy it from them at a huge markup, when you are about to run out. I'd suggest going elsewhere.
