This place was amazing the staff was very friendly and patient with me and with what I was going through they went above and beyond to help me they listen to every I had to say they gave me time to say good bye to my sweet momo and then after they gave me more time to say my good byes they didn't rush me to leave. I picked up her ashes today and it was so beautiful

I can’t say enough about this clinic. A week ago my husband and I rushed in with my 15 year old cat who had been seizing for over 30 minutes. The front desk staff immediately saw the distress our baby was in and got a tech to come get her to start working to help her. The front desk staff as so polite and professional and sympathetic to my husband and myself. As soon as they had our basic information they took us a to a room. Once in the room the tech who came and got our baby came in to get us as her heart was failing and s... read more

My wife and I brought our 11-year-old Golden Retriever, Jax, here for what we hoped would be a procedure to help with his breathing, but it sadly turned into one of the hardest days of our lives. Dr. Reitmeyer showed both us and Jax incredible compassion throughout the entire experience. She was honest and caring as she explained his prognosis and helped us understand that euthanasia was the kindest option. When the time came to say goodbye, she offered comforting words and gave us all the time we needed to be with our belov... read more

I had to take my Poodle, Bentley to the ER lastnight for GDV (bloat) and I had a great experience. I’ve been here once before with another dog but that was years ago (good experience also). They immediately took him back and were very efficient with diagnosing him. They can be pricey but remember, it IS an emergency vet but completely worth it especially with a life or death situation which i would have been in if i didn’t bring him in when i did. They aren’t pushy about getting you to pay for services not 100% needed, recom... read more

I brought my dog in after she got out and was hit by a car, they proceeded to hand me a $5,000 bill and I told them I would go elsewhere. Then I paid $500 for them to basically do nothing and give her pain meds. I brought my dog to Dickinson Animal hospital and they did everything that VCA would have done but for $600… do with that information what you will I’m sure VCA provides great medical care but the cost is ridiculous.
