Staff was rude as hell. Only good thing they did was give us directions to their sister clinic 15 minutes down the road.
I just went to this veterinary hospital today, assuming I’d have to pay a huge lump sum of money and be waiting for hours on end, but was thoroughly pleased and more than happy to bring my baby here! They immediately took him back (suspected urinary blockage), and from then moved us into a room. After the initial assessment they suggested bloodwork and a urinalysis, which after talking to the veterinarian, and another employee(assuming the technician), we decided to do the urinalysis then depending on the results-move forwar... read more
We had to take our dog in and we did have to wait quite a bit but it was very busy but the staff and doctors were extremely wonderful. The vet didn't try to push test. She gave us our options, let us weigh in, and make a decision. We really appreciated her giving us peace of mind and making sure that we were spending unnecessary dollars.
