Great Facility & Wonderful Staff. They definitely make me feel good knowing they are close by if my fur babies are ever in need of life saving treatment!
I am not from the area. I was here training and had a dog that overheated late on a Sunday. I called the hospital and the staff gave clear and concise directions. When I arrived at the location my pup was seen and treated immediately. Glad to say my pup is doing fine and the peace of mind the staff gave me is invaluable. All the staff and techs were amazing! Can't recomend them enough.
Took my dog here at 12:00am. The front desk told me to wait in the car with my dog, and they’ll call me in when a room is available. I never received a call, ended up going home. Front desk unhelpful and lacked empathy.
I brought my sweet pup here because he was suddenly unwell. I didn’t know what was wrong, but I knew from my dog’s eyes that it was serious. I rushed him here and I could see him suffering in the back seat. They took him and triaged him SO FAST, maybe 10 seconds after I arrived. They treated him for hypothermia after a stroke and he was responding well to treatment. They expected him to recover in the next day, but his heart stopped during the night and he passed away. The service was terrible. I waited for two and a half hours and no one spoke to me. When I asked when someone would be able to see my dog, they rudely replied, ‘We don’t know. There are emergencies and a shift change, and we don’t know when we’ll be able to see you.’ I do not recommend this place to anyone.
