Tonight was one of the worst experiences of my life not knowing what was going to happen to my baby Peanut- he is a long haired tuxedo weighing at just over 7 pounds. Last month was a scary and sad moment. We had a dog emergency and had to rush him here at 4am. The staff was all very helpful and supportive. We felt very taken care of during a difficult time.
Horrible horrible experience with them, we had our dog sitting there waiting for two hours to get him attended with fever and crying on pain, someone finally came out to tell us we can’t take care of him right now, we literally were on the waiting list and they were taking other dogs before us. “They weren’t in critical conditions or big emergencies other wise we would understand it. They literally will let your dog die.
Almost two hours in waiting room, about 6 different dogs came in after us and they took all of them before calling us up to tell us that we need to go to a different vet due them just being busy with other cases that are more severe than our dog. Even though they haven’t looked at our dog to even know anything!
My husband brought our girls in just to be checked out after exposureto a wild animal. They were very kind, helpful, and efficient.
