We just rescued a beautiful 2 year old putty mix. Her history was heartbreaking, and I know she was scared of this trip. The team was amazing! Our dog, Venus, is a big 120lb tank, with a cold. She sneezed and the Vet's laptop flew! The Vet was amazing, really gentle with out scared but loving girl. I will happily drive 45 minutes to see them with her again. ❤️
I cannot recommend this place enough. We got our first dog and scheduled an appointment for her first check up and everyone was wonderful. We had so many questions and they had answers and guidance for everything. We asked about certain vaccines and they gave their recommendation. The next appointment, they followed up on our previous conversation and even did research on something we discussed to help us make a more informed decision. I cannot say enough about the wonderful staff at VCA orangevalle. I've been coming here for years with my dog Bella aka Bouba. She lived a very long life with the many thanks to them as she had been diagnosed with cancer and the loving care that they gave her and all the time spent really made a difference in my world and hers. Our first experience at VCA Received a well puppy visit after an adoption. The clinic is clean and organized and human friendly with human treats as well. Front desk staff was amazing Vet Tech thorough and friendly Dr. Neri was thorough, kind and gentle. We look forward to follow up visits.
I mean we couldn’t say ENOUGH great things about this place the people working here are just ABSOLUTELY AMAZING !!!
