Been the best always!
When I asked about how much neutering my cat, assistant quoted me 1k !!!! And tried to see insurance. Kinda pushing on it, multiple times. I'll do it thru others! Otherwise service was good
My husband and I are very happy with the care at American River VCA. They are excellent at reminding about vaccinations and other routine procedures and appointments, which I appreciate. We have CareClub for our dogs, quite a savings!! All staff are excellent. I'm usually greeted by Cody or Kaitlyn at the front desk. Very friendly and efficient. We have several dogs, so we're here a lot!

There’s a homeless encampment in front of their business for weeks now and they have done nothing about it. The transients took over the side walk and grass area. They openly do drugs outside the business. I don’t feel safe going to this location anymore. Won’t be bringing my cat back.
