Overpriced and unprofessional. I tried giving this VCA multiple chances because they are close to home, but the wait times are ridiculous—expect 15 minutes on hold just to speak to someone and 45+ minutes in the waiting room. The employees are rude and the prices are sky-high. Save yourself the headache and go to Ford Caputo instead; they actually care about their clients and their pets.
Always so patient with my doggos!! Sometimes it takes a little longer but that’s because they take their time and with each pet to provide the best care possible!
When we first started taking our puppy here there was little to no issue other than the extreme pricing which I later found out is considered the worst pricing when it comes to vets in the downriver area, On 1/2/2026 We brought our puppy in to get labs because she ate something that can kill red blood cells in dogs, when we went in there was no communication between people inside, we were told that we needed to bring a fecal sample for something she was tested for less than a month ago, while inside we where told we didn't n... read more
Came in for free checkup. Haye they didnt have pet packages available. Most services our pet already had. Very nice, friendly and helpful staff😻😻
