I adopted a cat about 2 weeks ago and this vet has been in non stop harassment mode I have gotten multiple emails and reminders to come in even after I confirmed that we would be in so now I'm canceling the appointment and I will go to our own vet the only reason I was even going to go there was I had a free visit from the shelter we adopted from but there persistent non stop harassment has changed my mind
Told us a week ahead of time to be there 15 mins before scheduled visit at 4 o'clock. Watched 4 walk ins go in and out before we even made it to a room just to wait until 5pm to be seen. Ridiculous
Update*** we took our dog to Blue Pearl pet hospital their $196 Exam told them everything they needed to know. Gave us 3 options and unfortunately our Bently boy crossed the Rainbow bridge. No thanks to this hospital our boy suffered extra days because of you people. This place seems like a money grab. I brought my dog in for an exam. $86 then he needed medicine, fluids and all this bloodwork. This place seems like a money grab. I brought my dog in for an exam. $86 then he needed medicine, fluids and all this bloodwork. To be told everything looks good hes a little low on electrolytes( but the fluids should help) that was $800. Then they suggested an xray an additional $500+. My dog is still not eating, barely drinking water, seems very weak. I feel like my dog is dying and they tell me he's OK but would take him for observation, why so yall can run the bill up.
Very professional would highly recommend taking my animal there anytime.
