Very caring and helpful staff
Cannot get a call back on pet test results as they said would do. Try to call can get tests results and they keep you on hold for a long time. If it's close to closing forget it. Never got the results, cannot beat their system.
Arrived early, left an hour and 20 minutes later without seeing the vet because I was fed up with having my time being wasted. I got no explanation why, no apology, nothing. Probably the worst vca I've ever been to. Just don't go here. You can find a better vet it's not hard to beat zero standards. The vet needs to take responsibility. This one couldn't even be bothered to show their face.
I have to start off by saying I only had an issue with the vet Dr. Amritpal Hans. Everyone else was amazing! Got a cat from the Dearborn animal shelter and got a free check up for VCA scheduled an appointment because he had an eye infection. Scheduled an appointment and waited an hour after our schedule time.
