Me and my daughter took our Dog Nova and we seen Dr Miller and she was wonderful ! She was very informative, answered all.of our questions and made us feel comfortable. We are very happy with the care she gave to our little baby and we will definitely be back. Oh and we had that free first exam and it saved us $84.95 so most definitely worth it!!!
Have not been receiving compassionate care & now actively seeking new provider for our pets. Vets, with the exception of Dr. Miller, are very cold in demeanor, and seem like it’s the last place they want to be. Why would I want to trust my animals with that type of environment? Unfortunate. Hope things change for their patients sake.

Yes yes yes yes!! This place is the best! I am a vet tech and for the longest time I’ve been looking for a clinic that is reliable, affordable and reputable and VCA- Cloud Animal Hospital is hands down the best. Everyone was so welcoming and Dr Miller couldn’t have been more helpful and amazing! This was dahlias 2nd vet visit and VCA O’Fallon made it a breeze. Thank you💕
