Excellent and very caring. Helped us out in a pinch when the other place turned us away.
I visited this office today, last minute, because my cat seemed to be having a reaction to flea medication and I wanted to be sure she was ok and I was not missing anything. The vet office I usually visit was not open and it was suggested to contact VCA. Both Dr. June and her assistant Vicki were so helpful, caring, patient (my cat turns into a lion when at the vet) and reassuring me that my cat was OK. This morning (a Saturday) I was surprised to find I had only a two day supply of two of my doggie’s heart medications - and we are in Boston, where I am quite unfamiliar. I can’t even describe the many helpful efforts on the part of Dr Phillips and the very resourceful staff in this office today! With their help, we found a solution for getting the meds needed, and wow, I am so grateful. Can’t recommend this vets office highly enough.
