First and foremost, the staff are so helpful, friendly and accommodating. And they really truly care about all the patients so much. Combine that with the talent of Dr James and her talent to really communicate what’s going on with the health of the patient. I love her so much I am still driving from West Seattle for her care of my dog.
Vet Tech at Alderwood here ♡ I've been with VCA Alderwood for going on 14 years now! I interned here 17 years ago too! You may know me as "The Cat Lady" or "The Crazy Cat Lady" or "Cat Lady Kelly". I owe the lives of many of my kitties to the doctors here. I trust all of my doctors with my cats lives and my coworkers are amazing. Many of us have been here over a decade and a number of us have been here for 20+ years! Come say hi, we are a fun bunch!
I've been taking my pets here for over 20 years now and they have always been wonderful veterinarians. Their staff is very friendly and knowledgeable as well. It's always easy working with these folks
This place is amazing! This location, Dr. Rozic and team are top notch!! They’ve saved my dogs Louie life and gave him more years to life with their knowledge and execution. The front desk goes above and beyond to accommodate appts wherever possible, resend prescriptions on the spot to pharmacies that sometimes lose them, and so much more…. You won’t regret coming here, just like 3 other dogs of our family members, and several friends’ cats do as well.
I am so pleased with VCA service in Alderwood!! I took my pekingese Lucy after she had been having diarrhea and vomiting for 3 days and she is 13.6 years old, everyone is caring and professional. After my visit and prescription for Lucy, I received a call from the doctor for the next 2 days, to check up on my Lucy 🫶. I am so appreciative, and grateful, that was so helpful and considerate. My Lucy is part of the family. 🫶 Thank you for all you do for our pets/family members.
