I'm a bit baffled by the negative reviews. We've taken all of our pets (dogs and cats) to VCA for over 20 years, and we've loved our doctors and our pets are very healthy and long-lived (our eldest right now are a 14 year old Newfie/golden mix and a 16 year old cat, both of whom are a bit creaky but have the blood-work of considerably younger animals).
