Follow-Up appointment for my cat. All was great!
My dogs and cats have been patients with VCA since 2022. Dr. Smith and his partners were kind and thorough with the animals and us parents. Apparently, they closed their doors this past fall and sold the practice to the other VCA in town. Today I learned this and I also learned that Front office staffer Haley cannot handle a professional conversation. It was like pulling teeth to get simple answers from her. This place is wonderful. I take all my dogs here since the one down the street closed. The folks are friendly and helpful. They suggested home delivery for their med refills, which saves a little money both in cost and gas to go pick up. The staff is knowledgeable and the vets are easy to speak to. You don't feel rushed through, and it feels very personal. Everyone there really cares and you can feel it.
