Dr. Dymond and Dr. Case were put on this earth to take care of animals. You can tell by how passionate they are when they're in the room with you and your babies. They are so thorough and never rush you if you have any questions or concerns. Extremely happy I chose this VCA location. Addelaide and Lincoln love you guys.
I would recommend VCA. The staff was friendly an nice. They took good care of our dog an also did a follow up the day after to see how he was doing. Thank you! For making our pup Larry feel loved an cared for at your office.
Their response is awful! My wife scheduled my dogs to have their health certification and parasite application in order for them to travel out of the country. She asked Dr. Katherine Kaulius to inform us if they were USDA accredited and asked her to let us know immediately. More than a month later my wife called because we didn't hear from the vet, and we were told that they were NOT USDA accredited. My wife frantically called other vets so that we could get the dog's health certificates and their parasite application. They ... read more
Everybody was so kind and treated my cats as if they were their own! They were very thorough and made sure I had all the info I needed before leaving.
