I would recommend VCA. The staff was friendly an nice. They took good care of our dog an also did a follow up the day after to see how he was doing. Thank you! For making our pup Larry feel loved an cared for at your office.
Their response is awful! My wife scheduled my dogs to have their health certification and parasite application in order for them to travel out of the country. She asked Dr. Katherine Kaulius to inform us if they were USDA accredited and asked her to let us know immediately. More than a month later my wife called because we didn't hear from the vet, and we were told that they were NOT USDA accredited. Everybody was so kind and treated my cats as if they were their own! They were very thorough and made sure I had all the info I needed before leaving.
Our pup Halligan was a patient here. We recently and unexpectedly had to put him down. The staff was so amazing and so kind as we made our decision. They were so patient as we grieved our sweet boy. Thank you all for your kindness and sorry about all the ugly crying.
Everytime I go there, we (my furbaby) always leave having a good experience. Weather it is a routine or a emergency visit. From the warm greetings from the front staff to the Techs and the Veterinarian. Each person is helpful and is so genuinely caring. Happy New Year.
