Straight forward and just simple and great experience overall. Honest pricing and no hidden fees. Just a simple process.
Jimmy is a straight shooter and tells you exactly like it is with no upsells. He even showed me exactly what was wrong when I went to get my car. His labor rate is fair, too. If I ever have a problem with my Volvo I can't fix, I wouldn't hesitate to call him.
Took my 2020 s60 to Jimmy for the first time today. Genuinely nice guy, good atmosphere, and charged me half of what the dealer quoted for maintenance. I will gladly take my Volvo to him for any needs. Thanks!
