Terrible Place!, Amanda Simmons was no help at all & just downplayed my issues like she could not care less, I was referred to pain management & told they would reach out, they never called me, I called them several times & left messages, they never called back, all I received from Simmons was felonious charges, why would I ever return to this quackhub for a follow up, this place is absolutely horrible!
I left my appointment in tears. I didn’t feel like I was taken seriously because I wasn’t a good candidate for surgery. My Chart notes from Dr Fawaz’s PA are contradictory (to what was said in person) and not accurate. He put in parentheses things he seemed doubtful were an accurate statement by me the patient. His inaccurate clinical notes are now going to be part of my disability retirement review.
