We purchased a Jotul gas fireplace and the installer was exceptional. The store has a great product line. We are new to gas fireplaces and have had many questions and are disappointed the staff members are now impatiently telling us to read the manual instead of calling, which is frustrating as we have much going on right now with managing several health crisis.
