Customer service sucks, they don’t answer back to emails/text AT ALL.
This review is more about VBS’s customer service. I placed my order 5 weeks in advance of the day I was planning to get my hair done, it didn’t come in time….I reached out several times even asking to just cancel the order but it was still shipped to me. I then sent the item back for a refund (which they said I could do and gave me the address) and I have been waiting 23 days since the date it was delivered back to receive even a response to my manyyyy inquries about when I could expect a return.
