Made reservation and was told when I arrived that they are not able to accomodate(?).
Booked online for an appointment on Sun Aug 10. I also received confirmation email letting me know that I’m all set(attached photos). Drove close to an hour to this location only to be told they don’t have me in their system, they’re fully booked, and that I should call next time because sometimes their website doesn’t work. “Sorry”. Would recommend VB Clinic / V Line Cosmetics getting their website checked to avoid wasting customers’ time.

去了几次，效果和体验都还不错。就是上次去的时候，一个前台销售小姐姐在我做项目的时候还在房间里跟我推销，叭叭的特别影响体验。有啥话等客人做完再说呗，希望不要再这样了。
The customer service on WeChat was cold and rude. I have never been there before and would like to come to see the environment and i was interested in their pico and hydrafacial treatments. I was asked to emt $50 before even coming in for the first time. Its harsher than a doctor's appointment and it seems they don't welcome any walk in clients.
