I needed a specific suite for a very limited time frame and she was able to make it happen, exactly what we we needed. I booked thorough AIR BNB where I was told there would be no refunds. It ended up we were unable to go on this vacation. I contacted Jessica Burke and she was very nice and found someone else to rent the unit. I was able to get a refund minus the AIR BNB fees.
This is a great service! They offer amazing prices and answer all questions quickly and thoroughly with great customer service. We are already in touch about next years vacation!
