Room on the small side but the bed is heavenly. Also has a great rooftop with bar and casual eats.
Fantastic white glove treatment. I'd like to say it's despite the fact of being a diamond member. Check in service was stellar accommodating and very pleasant. Everyone was quite helpful. Room and atmosphere was very clean, modern and all i expected from the name brand hotel conglomerate. Very much worth the money spent!
Love this hotel. The rooms are beautiful, clean, comfortable beds. The rooftop has a cool view with good sunsets and drinks. The staff here is amazing, andre was super helpful and knowledgeable. Housekeeping management was great at assisting my extra needs and accommodations
I wanted to surprise someone all the way from NYC and had never ordered anything to a hotel before. Andre, the Assistant GM was the first person I spoke to and literally went out of their way to go above and beyond for me. I’m talking about this person accepted all of the orders on my behalf when the drivers arrived, wrote the HBD note on a card for me, placed it in the persons room, texted me when it arrived.
