This was a great stay. The girl working the counter was so sweet. My autistic grandson had a melt down at 1 am. He woke in a new place and was scared of a new place. I went down to take a break and let my daughter handle it. The girl (didn't catch her name)at the counter gave me a care package for him and was very understanding about the situation. I am so thankful for her. There are great people in the world.
Great stay overall. The hotel was recently built and is very modern. The rooms were spotless and featured exceptionally comfortable beds. Staff members were kind and helpful. The surrounding RiNo district is clean/safe and features several local breweries and restaurants. Hotel within a 5 minute walk to the 38th & Blake Station with light rail service to Downtown and the Airport.
FOOD POISONING, my kid got food poisoning from the restaurant at the hotel and was unable to wrestling at his tournament. Room was clean and nice.
Friendly staff and clean rooms. Not much more one could ask for.
