Do not use this company. They are very unprofessional. The tech asked to use my bathroom and I told him I do not feel comfortable letting him use my bathroom. So he went to the bathroom in my backyard. He went to the side of the house I know this because I was looking out the window to see if he was checking the dryer vent. When owner called he say I was lying and hanged up on me.
We hired who we though was TJ Dryer vent cleaning and it turned to be these guys. They walked in and the russian guy turned on the washing machine to clean our dryer vents. They tore our neighbor’s exterior vents off even though we told them which was ours. They have left us with a dryer that has no airflow. The lady who answers their phone says there is no boss or owner. We have been royally ripped off. They couldn’t even put the laundry room door back on.
