Amazing experience exercising with V&B, worth every bit of travel effort to be part of this group!
Started with V&B Athletic a few months ago and love the encouragement and support provided. I am not super fast these days but I always feel like I am part of the team and am always challenged in sessions. Coach Jase modifies sessions if required to suit my ability. Looking forward to 2021!
