What a fantastic service!! My boiler had broken down!! Phoned my home emergency!! Put me in touch with vaynol came out next day !! Very helpful and pleasant ladies in the office and Jason the engineer did the job explained what was wrong fixed in 40 minutes would highly recommend this business quick and Very efficient thank you
Booked Vaynol plumbing and Heating in to hook up my new gas cooker and oven and connect to a metre. Dafydd was the engineer, who worked tidily and professionally throughout the job, despite parts of the cooker conversion to LPG being awkward as hell. Dafydd rightfully checked everything was airtight and wasn't going to leave the job until he was 100% happy with the integrity of all the work done and was happy with all tests, which is naturally a huge relief when dealing with gas as a homeowner. Excellent service from this company at very short notice. Really got us out of trouble.
Waited 3-4 days before they attended property. Employee didn’t stay more than 10 mins. Can’t help with blocked drain, doesn’t carry any rods. Advice,Call a drainage expert. Charge £72.00!!!!
Was supposed to have serviced gas boiler , however within 5 minutes of engineer leaving the boiler wasn't working again. Tried for weeks to get engineer back but no response. In the meantime we had to get another engineer to service, fault find and repair the boiler. Six weeks later they phoned and said we hadn't paid an invoice which we'd never been sent! Appalling service (or rather non service) .
