Lack of experience combined with undermining parent's involvement and opinion in child's health care, insensitivity to cultural practices, pushing unverified diagnoses, unrealistic recommendations and absolutely no follow up on abnormal test results (even after a phone call to the office with a request). Never again. Overcharging as well.
