I drove in to see Ted so I could pick his brain about what would be involved in straightening out the front of the bed on my Toyota pickup after a few years of lugging a pop up camper around in it. He instructed me to pull around front, directed me to the restroom, and by the time I came back out, he had it done, and barely charged me at all. People like Ken don't exist too much anymore I don't think. It was a solid move that I won't ever forget.
