After being let down by another garage repeatedly, I went to Vauxtech for help with quite a specialist issue in that the ticking sound for the indicators on my Astra had stopped working even though the indicators themselves and corresponding dash lights were fine. Vauxtech suspected it was the CIM module (behind steering wheel) and later correctly diagnosed that this was the case (another garage misdiagnosed it as the dashboard cluster). After years and years of try to find a decent garage, I finally found the top of the top. I hope it will last forever because I wouldn't know where else to go. Professional, kind garage that price the work right. Just a tip, book with plenty of notice, because they are always super busy.
Ok so , i dont beleive in leaving negative reviews but i need to put this out there... , i had a issuse with a astra H twin top the roof was inoperable , we bought it online in good faith . Vauxtech had it for weeks and could not solve the issue. But they where honest about it and admitted defeat and didnt charge much . I thought all hope was lost then i found . Re: Vauxhall Mokka X 2018 1.4 petrol. My complaint of intermittent jerky hesitation on pulling away to Vauxhall (editorial Watchdog report 162937) fell on deaf ears. Then I discovered Vauxtech in Exeter and I explained the problem to Kevin, who was most knowledgeable, and booked my car in for a diagnostic check and installed an upgrade that was available. Since then, my car has been transformed and is proving to be much smoother to drive. I would highly recommend Kevin and his team. J. Davey
