I felt completely at ease. Dr. Vause was professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and nurturing. Upon arriving, I signed in and was greeted warmly by the receptionist. The receptionist then came out to apologize to waiting patients that the doctor was running ten minutes behind schedule. I have never, ever had an apology for a doctor making me wait. I have never been treated with such callousness. I was there for 30 minutes...waiting for 15 and then with her resident for another 13. She only saw me for about 2 to 3 minutes. And even then she talked to the resident "about me" more than she talked to me. And in the end, she did not even diagnose me, but sent the resident to do it. They basically said they could not help me, e.g., no prescription, suggestions or anything. I drove over an hour for nothing! I would NEVER recommend her to anyone!

I brought my 10yr old daughter to Dr Vouse's office for a rash that wouldn't go away. During our first 2 visits, we saw Dr Bright (who was lovely). On our last visit however, we had the misfortune of seeing Dr Vouse, who was incredibly rude to both me and my daughter. She never spoke directly to or even made eye contact with my daughter. When we left, the tech (not me!) questioned the billing.
