We had 2 original units on hold and arranged a time to pay but on the day in question the management said they didn't want our business They said someone would call us about the matter that call never happened...we didn't say anything derogatory or cause a problem...they used us as backfill during the promotion period to sell more units until they were fully booked up...then they didn't have to honor the promotion to us.... Vaultra in Ajax is an outstanding storage facility—the best in the area! My experience has been amazing. The space is clean, convenient, and well-maintained. Nuwan at the front desk made the sign-up process smooth and stress-free. He answered all my questions with patience and ensured I was completely comfortable. What impressed me most was his friendly, non-pushy attitude, which was a refreshing change from other storage providers I’ve dealt with.
