Absolutely unacceptable customer service at Vaultra Storage Brampton. The least I expected was for the concierge to acknowledge me and communicate what was happening. If you were short-staffed or unable to open a new account because there were only 15 minutes left before closing, simply say so. Instead, the doors were locked while I was trying to get in, and the staff stood inside watching without offering any explanation.
