I recently had a fantastic experience with Vaultra Public Storage, thanks to Preet .Immediately following my attempts to make a reservation online I received a call from Preet to gather more information. At that time Preet was helpful and provided all the information I needed upfront and alerted me that my plan to have our belongings dropped off via a moving truck wouldn’t work, giving me time to adjust. Best customer service i have received from her..Thanks once again Preet

This review is for their door to door service - I first spoke to Preet on phone who was super helpful. I was then connected to Samantha and spent an hour with her to book our moving and storage. When I called the next week, they informed me that no booking was made in my name!! Even after I gave my credit card information. I was shocked! But thankfully Shamir helped me again and completed all the formalities very diligently. He even followed up. The movers were great too! Hopefully the storage and move out is equally smooth.... read more
