Worst storage place ever used. Rented for over a year paid 3 months in advance. Had personal issue was charged late fees which were ment to gourge you, I lost all my writing all my family pictures everything was in there was all had left of my family. All cause they wouldn't take partial payments, which I was told to pay or else auctioned off, they wouldn't even allow me to make any arrangements and then I was black mailed... I used to be a tenant here until my trailer was stolen from the property...the theif used a tennant gate code to enter and leave the property. Management pased on video footage of the trailer being stolen to the police. Needless to say...don't feel your property is safe here.... They claim zero responsibility for theft.

Am finding lot of difficulties dealing with one of vaultra storage's employee called Todd one of my rooms was taking away from me last few months that cost me $4000 to pack because I was late for 2days, now again he is repeating the same thing for my second storage room. I came to pay the amount due he refused to assist me again telling me that the second room will be gone in few days. I've dealt with alot of storage place's throughout my life, and I can say with 100% certainty that vultra storage would not be what it is without an employee like Brenda. She's stern but fair.. But more than anything I believe under valued as an employee
