Service was excellent. Food was quite good.
Alex and Edris were great, from advance phone call to coordinate their time of arrival, to clear communications, and finally a very efficient and smooth delivery of my items to my suite. I couldn't be happier. I'm super impressed with Vaultra Storage and will definitely use them again.

Shamir is the best!! He dealt with all my needs and was very patient with me when I had changes to be made! Shamir deserves a bonus and a raise! The movers did an excellent job, very patient and understanding of my moving situation. I didn't get their names but they too deserves a bonus and a raise! At the Lenworth facility, Mary (sp?) was able to help me and she did a wonderful job, twice!! Please give her a bonus and raise also!! Kudos 👏 to the whole team and I recommend them A+++
