Though I left a review about Ajax location but just giving a shoutout over here so management could their eyes … Pathetic service .. Disguised marketing strategy. Poor management .. Rude staff.. = vaultra storage .
Amazing customer service, friendly efficiently and professional. Climate controled indoor storage. the equipment are all brand new, easy to enter the lot. hard to imagine such a good storage in north york and just about 10 mins drive to downtown area. it's convenience. Price is also rational, currently first month free, an amazing deal.

My experience with the Manager at the Keswick location was like nothing i have had at any other self storage location. Friendly, courteous, and extremely professional.
