Went here for my boyfriends birthday and his parents anniversary- staff was very nice and fast and everyone LOVED thier food. Menu is smaller, BUT all the options are there and im sure that plays into how amazing everything tastes
Fantastic place! The food was perfectly portioned and prepared, and our server Janelle was attentive and friendly. Topped it off with a tour of the historic vault which felt like a step back in time. Highly recommend!
Food was excellent. Atmosphere was relaxed and waitresses were prompt. Got a tour of the actual Vault and they brought my Dad a piece of cake with Happy Birthday without us asking. They just overheard us talking about it being his Birthday.
Poor service from Michelle. Our steaks were not cooked as ordered, sauces were forgotten, and she was rude when I sent back drinks I did not like. Instead of simply explaining that I would still be charged, she said she “couldn’t keep taking drinks back.” The vegetables and potatoes tasted like they came from a frozen dinner, and a 20% gratuity was added even though we were only a party of five. The only good part of the experience was Joe and the tour he gave us. Everything else was disappointing, and I will not return.
they forgot my garnishes i asked for on the side and both the server and manager didn’t apologize. server didn’t introduce themselves or know the menu. had to ask the server to take items from the table when that’s like their job? food took forever to come out. they split the bill incorrectly twice. the lobster mac and cheese had NO lobster and had to take that off the bill. reservation was set under birthday and no one said happy birthday or offered dessert. then again not sure if there was even dessert. when we left close ... read more
