I researched quite a few storage facilities, and Mike was the only one who actually called me back—and he was incredibly helpful with my storage needs. He was extremely patient, very knowledgeable about the different storage configurations, and took the time to give us a tour without ever making us feel rushed. I had great experience with the facility and employees here! Kept my stuff safe for over a year while I was out of the country, I never had concerns. My credit card got blocked while I was travelling so the monthly fee bounced back a few times… they were very understanding about my situation and waved the late fee associated with the accidental missed payments. By far the most affordable and professional storage I have found in Vancouver! Highly recommend.

I have been a tenant with Simply Self Storage for over 14 years. They provide excellent customer service and the place is clean and with no pest issues. I strongly recommend this place for personal and business storage.
