I had great experience with the facility and employees here! Kept my stuff safe for over a year while I was out of the country, I never had concerns. My credit card got blocked while I was travelling so the monthly fee bounced back a few times… they were very understanding about my situation and waved the late feed associated with the accidental missed payments. By far the most affordable and professional storage I have found in Vancouver! Highly recommend.
