Very helpful and happy to do what they can to assist their customers!
I rented for 3 years, Very nice, easy to work with, clean buildings 24 hour service, gated premises very secure, cameras on location with locks provided if needed. I had a few things left to be thrown way the where nice enough to get that done for me with no charge and no other trips up the mountain. Very nice.
I called 3 times during open office hours. I sent a text message, and called the number on the message. Spoke with Frank's wife, who assured me she would send my information to him and get him to call me back, I was trying to secure a unit that day (a Friday). I never got a call back and subsequently went with another facility, bc obviously. I've never experienced this type of lack of customer service before in my life.
Excellent service and great people!
