Best storage facility I’ve ever used! Units are clean, spacious and well-priced. The security cameras, lighting and gates made me feel safe to enter any time. Vault is a father & son business and they really make you feel like family. Hank, the owner, has worked with me through a few needs without ever making me feel like a burden. And when I downgraded to a smaller unit he was gracious, whereas others would be annoyed by the lowering of my monthly fee. Highly recommend! They went above and beyond to help me with move in and move out process. I will definitely be back and recommend them to anyone needing storage. Excellent customer Service! New, clean, very cool (temperature) jnside and it’s a big place. I feel very safe and secure leaving my items here. Im SO glad I found them. Nice people to do business with.

Vault Storage in Mountain City, GA., just south of the North Carolina line, is AWESOME!! Brand new and I’m the first one to use my storage u it. Climatized, safe, cameras, convenience from North Carolina; I see this as a long term relationship!

I rented here for 2 years and This is truly one of the best storage facilities around! The place is well-kept, secure, and the service is excellent. I’d still be storing with them if I hadn’t moved out of state. Frank is great!

Frank was quick to respond to all of my inquiries and needs. It was a great overall hassle-free experience. Facilities were clean and well kept. They even provided handy large carts for loading and unloading!!
