This is the best facility and best customer service I've ever experienced with self storage. The facility itself is incredibly clean and well-maintained. The process of renting a unit was a breeze and the units are well lit, which made organizing my stuff much easier than I anticipated. What really sets Vault Self Storage apart though, is their customer service. Anytime I've had questions they were quick to respond and genuinely cared about solving my concern.

Extremely satisfied with Vault Storage. Frank(owner) has been more than accommodating on many occasions! Frank even scraped ice from in front of my unit in order for me to access my vehicle after the latest snow storm. Would give 6 stars if I could!

The good people of Vault Storage look out for their customers and offer support. They try to accommodate the size and location of your unit and help with setting up the account. They ask about your needs and are flexible. I have a number of storage units in other cities, and these folks are top notch!

Rented there for one year. Very clean secure facility. Staff always friendly & helpful... Highly Recommend!!!
