I just hit my two year anniversary at Vault Fitness and Vault has a great vibe, expert trainers and challenging workouts that gets results. Vault is in a cool space and if you want a place that meets your fitness goals this is the place!
I’ve been training at Vault from the start and wouldn’t go anywhere else! Instructors are excellent and personalize to your needs, classes help to build muscle and the community and fellow class members is friendly and motivating. I am always impressed by how the owner Meg and the other trainers help adjust the class to wanting to lift heavier or lighter, or to accommodate an injury. No matter where you are with fitness, you can take a class here and be challenged! So glad to have Vault in our community!
One year into my time at Vault I can’t say enough about how the experience has positively changed my life. Meg and her team of trainers are knowledgeable, well-prepared and above all fun, which makes for a great atmosphere. I have the unlimited membership and between the recurring classes, 24x7 facility access for independent workouts and access to Meg / her team for Q&A, travel workouts, etc… I am absolutely getting value for my money. I’ve been going to Vault for almost two years now, and I honestly can’t say enough good things about it! The instructors are awesome, the people are super welcoming, and the classes work for every fitness level. I used to hate working out, but Vault makes it fun — it honestly doesn’t suck anymore . If you’re on the fence about trying it, just go for it. You’ll be hooked! My middle schooler also just started the youth classes and loves them. It’s so convenient and a great way to keep them busy after school.
